Terri is a performance poet, playwright and director who uses the voice of an African American woman to speak to all people about issues of universal importance. She has appeared at poetry readings all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This mother of four resides in Lancaster County Pennsylvania where she has been strongly involved with the city youth. Dianne Miller |
Dianne Miller resides in Lancaster , PA with her husband, daughter, two dogs, two cats, and "Carrie." She has been writing most of her life, recently completing her first science fiction novel. Her involvement with the Central PA poetry scene began in 1995 when a friend invited her to a "Two Thought Minimum" poetry reading at a local coffee shop. Soon, she began publishing a monthly poetry newsletter by the same name and eventually took over the job of hosting the readings. Her public appearances have taken her to college campuses, local coffeehouses, and art galleries. She is the vice-president of BerksBARDS. She has participated in the much acclaimed Bardfest series of poetry readings for three years running - the first ever month long celebration of National Poetry Month with 30 days of poetry events throughout Berks county, PA. A graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Physical Therapy Dianne is a writer, photographer, physical therapist, mother and wife (not necessarily in any order whatsoever). |
